The machine must: - Automatically open the flat, pre-cut and creased blank and form it into the required box shape. - Fold and close the necessary flaps to construct a secure box. - Close one end while leaving the other end open for manual product insertion, then close the remaining end. - Have the option to close both ends fully automatically if needed. - Offer adjustable settings to handle different box sizes, with quick and easy changeover between sizes. - Deliver accurate and consistent forming and closing performance. - Run at a good operating speed for continuous production.
