Inquiry about Diaphragm Compressor for HBr Gas Filling

We require a diaphragm compressor for filling HBr gas into cylinders. The gas needs to be compressed from a tank pressure of approximately 1 PSIg to a final cylinder pressure of 400 PSIg. If a single-stage compressor cannot handle this pressure range, we can work with a two-stage process: first compressing from 1 PSIg to 200–300 PSIg into a tank, then boosting from that tank to 400 PSIg for cylinder filling. Please suggest a suitable model with a capacity of 5 to 10 m³/hr. For the initial trial, we need 1 unit, and later we will purchase 2 to 3 more units.
