We are looking for a professional supplier to provide a fully automatic silica sand coating production line. The system must be capable of producing at least 3000 tons of dry resin coated sand per month.

The line should handle silica sand using hard phenolic resin (granular, pellet, or flake form) and hexamine as a catalyst. Key functions required include automatic weighing, recipe auditing, heating, and mixing to ensure uniform coating. We are open to induction heating, electric heating, or gas fired fluidized bed methods. The system should accept input from raw sand or a reclamation system.
