Inquiry about Custom Polyester Mesh Dust Filter with Molded Frame

I am looking for a custom dust filter for the air intake of an electronic device. The filter mesh should be 100% polyester monofilament woven mesh, plain weave, with a mesh opening of 250 µm (200-300 µm range acceptable) and open area at least 45%. Continuous operating temperature requirement is 90°C. An antistatic (ESD-safe) version would be a plus. The filtering part should have an area of approximately 1223 mm², with outer rectangle dimensions 161x40 mm and an inner filtering rectangle of 151x30 mm. Assembly is preferred by insert-molding the mesh into a plastic frame. Ultrasonic welding or bonding onto a rigid frame is also acceptable if recommended. The frame material must withstand 90°C continuous use; please propose a suitable grade and confirm its UL 94 rating. An option for double-sided tape and velcro assembly would be appreciated. Please share pressure drop data for the 250 µm PET mesh or any available test data. I need commercial details for prototyping (50 pcs) and annual series (200, 500, 1000, 5000 pcs). Please provide MOQ, unit price per quantity tier, tooling cost, and lead times for samples and production. RoHS and REACH certificates, along with datasheets for both mesh and frame material, are required. Kindly confirm if you can supply mesh samples in roll or cut form for airflow testing before committing to tooling.
