Inquiry about Insert Circular Saw Blade Production Line

We are in the engineering phase for a new cutting tool manufacturing unit and require a complete turnkey production line for insert circular saw blades. The line must produce blades ranging from 115 mm to 450 mm in diameter, with body thicknesses from 1.2 mm to 3.5 mm, and be capable of quick changeovers for wood, aluminum, non-ferrous metals, and steel applications. We need equipment for the following processes: fiber laser cutting of blade bodies and expansion slots, automatic leveling and tensioning, automatic high-frequency brazing with dispensing system, automatic sandblasting for post-brazing cleaning, CNC grinding for faces, top edges, and sides, quality inspection with profile projector or optical equipment, and finishing with laser marking and rust protection.
