Inquiry about bamboo hair brush cushion pad NEW

I purchased 2,400 pieces of bamboo hair brushes (model KHSZ-055) in 2016. Now 86 pieces have deteriorated, mainly due to issues with the cushion pads. I am not looking for a refund or a new brush order. I only need 86 replacement cushion pads of the same size and specification as the original KHSZ-055 brush. I can reuse the existing wooden pins and repair the handles myself. As a goodwill/after-sales request based on our old business, I am asking if you can supply these 86 cushion pads free of charge. Please confirm the dimensions and specifications before sending. Thank you.
