I am looking for A4 transparent overlay sheets with a fine-frosted, satin, or semi-matte finish for ID-card lamination.
Required specifications:
- Material: PVC or polycarbonate (PC)
- Size: A4
- Thickness: 0.08 mm
- One side coated with heat-activated adhesive
- Finished surface: low-glare satin/semi-matte, approximately 30–40 GU at 60°
- High transparency to keep the card image clear and colorful
- Suitable for screen printing and heated roller lamination
Please provide photographs, technical specifications, and samples showing the appearance after lamination over a printed card. I do not need glossy overlay or ordinary PET/BOPP packaging film.
