Inquiry about Lightweight Fusible Interlining for Sublimation

We are looking for a reliable, long-term manufacturing partner for full container (20' FCL) shipments to Istanbul, Turkey. Currently, we use a 45 gsm Woven Fusible Polyester Chiffon Interlining with PA Micro-Dot Coating (155 cm width). We want to replace this with a lower-cost, lighter-weight alternative such as a 25–30 gsm Non-Woven or Warp-Knit (Triko) Fusible Interlining to reduce unit prices, freight weight, and import customs valuation. Our production process involves two critical steps: 1. Lamination: Heat-roll laminating the fusible interlining directly onto 100% Cotton garment fabric. 2. Sublimation: Paper dye-sublimation printing on the polyester face layer at 190°C – 200°C. Technical requirements: - Base fabric must be 100% disperse-dyeable polyester for vibrant sublimation color absorption. - Adhesive must remain stable under the above heat conditions. Approximate monthly quantity: one 20' FCL. Please provide product details and recommendations for a suitable alternative that meets these performance criteria.
