I need an automation system to process loose nitrile examination gloves. The system should align and fold the gloves cuff-first, accurately count and stack 100 gloves, and lower the completed stack into a cylindrical package positioned upside down with its open assembly end facing upward. The system must then install the platform, spring and base assembly, secure the closure, and seal the package.
The required production capacity is up to 10 million packages per month, with reliable continuous operation and scalability. Please provide an engineering assessment covering feasibility, number of machines needed, footprint, power, compressed air, and other installation requirements.
