I need custom printed cartons and adhesive labels for small glass vials. Cartons: 500–1,000 pcs, one universal design. Finished size 38.1 x 38.1 x 76.2 mm, regular reverse-tuck folding carton in 18pt white SBS C1S (matte finish), glued side seam, shipped flat. Empty carton only – no inserts, no window, no foil or holographic upgrades. Please confirm internal/external dimensions and supply your dieline before tooling. Labels: simple flat adhesive labels, 48 x 20 mm, 0.75 mm corner radius, for approx. 16 mm diameter 3 mL vials. Two initial designs: RETA and TIRZ. Trial qty 40 each, then 100–250 each. White BOPP or PET with permanent freezer-rated adhesive suitable for -20°C storage, condensation and repeated freeze/thaw. Full-color print with protective finish, no raised or foil effects.
