We are looking for a factory capable of vat dyeing (immersion dyeing in a dye vat) for polyester satin ribbon. Product: single-sided polyester satin ribbon Widths: 1cm, 1.5cm, 2.5cm, 4cm Reference specs: 75D/150D, warp density 312 threads/2.54cm, weft density 182 threads/5cm. Dyeing method must be vat dyeing, not roller, pad, or continuous dyeing. High-temperature vat dyeing is preferred. Color is critical: we require bright, vivid, clean, and clear colors without any dull, greyish, or dark appearance. Our current monthly purchase from Korea is around RMB 300,000, and we need similar high color quality.
