We are a Swedish workshop producing handmade timpani mallets and are looking for a supplier of raw Tonkin cane shafts.
Specifications:
- Species: Tonkin cane (Pseudosasa amabilis / Arundinaria amabilis)
- Length: 380 mm
- Diameter: 10–11 mm and 11–12 mm, measured at the thick end
- Straightness: as straight as possible, with maximum one knot, skin on
- Sorted by weight as well as by diameter — please advise what weight classes you work with
