We are looking for a manufacturer to supply pressed polypropylene (PP) cutting boards for industrial hydraulic clicking presses in the die-cutting sector.
Requirements:
- Manufacturing process: strictly pressed/pressed-molded, stress-relieved, not extruded PP.
- Application: heavy-duty leather and footwear die-cutting.
- Color: red (standard hardness for thin dies).
- Dimensions: 900x450mm, 1600x500mm, 1200x500mm, 4120x2010mm.
- Thickness: 50mm.
Estimated first order quantity: 20 tons.
Please provide quotation and clarify MOQ, delivery terms (FOB or CIF Italian port), and technical data sheet with Shore D hardness and density.
