I need a software similar to Alphacam for my CNC full nesting line. The machine includes an auto-loading platform, a Honeywell automatic labeler, and an auto-unloading pusher.
Key requirements:
- Batch import of DXF files with automatic layer mapping to toolpaths (standard routing, 5mm drilling, T-slot milling).
- Import of Excel (CSV/XLS) files to generate text and barcodes for labels (part name, edge banding info, manual remarks).
- Output of G-code for a Taiwan SYNTEC controller, including correct M-codes for all automation components.
