Inquiry about Pipe Bending Services for Coils

We are looking for a subcontractor to provide pipe bending services for manufacturing coils as part of an EPC project in the energy sector. The coils are to be made from pipe Ø31.8 × 4.0 mm, material grade P265GH. Technical documentation will be supplied. At bending points, the cross-section should be approximately elliptical with no sharp transitions, cracks, scratches, scales, buckling, flattening, or flat-wall appearance. Operating pressure is 23 MPa. We require 996 left-hand (A) and 996 right-hand (B) components. The delivery is divided into three periods: 36/2027, 6/2028, and 36/2028, under Incoterms EXW.
