Inquiry about LSAW carbon steel pipes with welded flanges and brackets

We need LSAW carbon steel pipes as follows:

Item 1: 150 pcs, pipe body 12.0 m, two flanges, material Q355NH or equivalent S355J2W.  
Item 2: 100 pcs, pipe body 12.5 m, one flange, material Q355NH or equivalent S355J2W.  
Item 3: 400 pcs, pipe body 12.0 m, two flanges, material S235JR / ST37.

Flanges for all items: S235JR / ST37, OD 1,075 mm, ID 886 mm, thickness 40 mm, 32 holes diameter 28 mm on PCD 1,000 mm. Flanges are additional to pipe body length.

Brackets: 16 per pipe, welded.

Coating: Blast SA 2.5, glass-flake epoxy Jotamastic 90 GF or equivalent, 2 coats x 150 micron DFT, internal and external including weld zones.

Tolerances: Diameter ±2 mm, flange ID +2 mm, length ±10 mm.

Tests and documents: Hydrostatic test on each pipe, NDT on welds, EN 10204 3.1 mill certificate, WPS/PQR for longitudinal and flange welds.
