RFQ Information
We need a bolt testing machine that meets the following specifications:
Testing standard: ISO 16047 (also GOST ISO 16047-2015).
Bolt size range: M6 to M12.
Property class: 10.9 (occasionally 8.8 and 12.9).
Parameters to measure: torque coefficient (K), clamping force (axial force), thread torque, total friction coefficient.
Maximum torque: 500 N·m.
Maximum axial force: at least 110 kN (with safety margin for M12 testing).
Control system must be programmable with PC interface and software for automatic test cycles.
Please provide technical specifications, brochure, commercial proposal (price, delivery time, payment terms), and information about calibration and test report samples.
