I am looking for an IK10 pendulum hammer compliant to IEC 60068-2-75:2014.
I need evidence that the striking element material is Fe 490-2 according to ISO 1052, with Rockwell hardness HRE 80–85 per ISO 6508. Please also confirm that the effective mass (5kg ±2% for IK10) measurement accounts for the striking mass plus half the mass of the pendulum arm.
Additionally, I would like quote options for only the key components to reduce purchase price — specifically the pendulum hammer assembly with arm, pivot hinge, and optionally the release mechanism — so we can mount them on our existing test rig.
