We are building a robotic grinding cell for surface-defect removal on steel bars (rounds and squares, various steel grades). After each defect is ground out, an eddy current probe carried on the robot arm must verify that the crack has been fully removed, with the instrument integrated into the cell's PLC control.
Do you supply an eddy current system for this kind of application — a robot-mounted surface/array probe with a remote instrument for automated OK/NOK evaluation? If yes, we will send the full technical specification for a budgetary proposal.
