Inquiry about OEM/ODM Electric Bakhoor Device Development and Manufacturing

We are a Canadian home-fragrance brand looking for an OEM/ODM partner to develop a premium countertop electric bakhoor device that uses sealed, single-use pods. The scope includes engineering, prototype, testing, certification, tooling and manufacturing. Initial order is approximately 2,000 devices with target ex-factory price of US$18–22. We are open to adapting an existing proven heating platform. We need a partner with relevant experience in heated fragrance, electric bakhoor or capsule-based products and able to support Canadian certifications such as cETL, cUL or CSA. Please provide approximate development cost, tooling cost, MOQ, unit cost range and earliest realistic production timeline, with target customer delivery by March 2027.
