Inquiry about Small Francis turbine-generator set for inline application NEW

We are New Life Corporation, an agricultural company in Tabacundo, Ecuador. We are looking for small Francis turbine-generator sets to recover energy at the pressure reducing valves of our irrigation pipeline. The application is in-line, meaning the turbine must discharge back into a pressurized pipe, not an open tailrace. Site data (per PRV): - Pipe: PVC, 355 mm OD, PN 12.5 (1.25 MPa) - Flow: min 110 L/s, max 135 L/s (design approx. 122 L/s) - Inlet pressure: 7 bar (approx. 70 m) - Required outlet pressure: 2.5 bar (approx. 25 m), must be held constant - Net head available: approx. 45 m - Expected output: approx. 40–56 kW per unit - Operation: 19 irrigation shifts per week, 2.5 hours each (daily start/stop) - Quantity: 6 PRVs with similar conditions. Please quote for 3 units and 6 units. Mandatory requirements: 1. Pressurized outlet (back-pressure 2.5 bar); casing, draft section and valves rated PN16. 2.
