Inquiry about IFR Polyester Curtain Fabric

I am looking for a supplier who can manufacture 100% IFR polyester curtain fabric. The finished fabric must be submitted to AWTA Product Testing in Australia for certification to AS 1530.2 and AS/NZS 1530.3 before shipment.
The curtains are needed for a nursing home. I require both window curtains and privacy curtains:
- Window curtains will come in varying dimensions and need a blackout backing.
- Privacy curtains placed between beds should be standard height and width.
Please advise if you can supply the material only or also produce the finished curtains. I will provide the required quantities separately.
