I am starting a small food packaging company in Bamako, Mali. I am looking for an entry-level thermoforming machine to produce food-grade PP trays with matching lids, suitable for hot and cold food including microwave use. Requirements: - Machine type: semi-automatic or small automatic, capable of forming PP sheet for both trays and lids on the same machine. - Technical specifications: maximum forming area, maximum forming depth (at least 50-60 mm for 500 ml and 750 ml trays), PP sheet width and thickness range, output per hour, power consumption, and voltage (220V single phase preferred). - Molds: price of one mold per size for a 500 ml tray with lid and a 750 ml tray with lid, and whether cutting/punching is included. - Auxiliary equipment: air compressor, vacuum pump, cooling system, and whether they are included in the price. - Quotation on FOB and CIF basis (port of Dakar). I am looking for a mini vacuum blood collection tube assembly production line. The machine should be able to produce two types of collection tubes: EDTA tubes and Gel tubes, with a production capacity of 4000-5000 pieces per hour. I need one unit.
