Solid -Lubricant-Inlaid Bearing & Bushing

 

JDB solid -lubricant-inlaid bearing is based on the high force brass and inlaid solid lubricant regularly into the body .It can work long time on no-oil-lubricant situation, and it has good corrision resistance , so it's mostly used on the places of progressive rotation and no oil-layer. Also it performs well in high-load and low-speed situation. It also has good wear-resistance ability and low friction factor, sso it's wildly used on metal factory, metallurgical , rolling mill ,automobile industry, construction machines, precision tooling,etc

Bimetal bearing & bimetal bushing

 

The surface of the product is based on mild steel and melt Sn Alloy on it and then roll it . The product has good abrasion resistance and it doesn't stuck shaft .So it's widely used on engine ,air compressor, refrigerator,etc
