Product Description
New Condition High Capacity Soybean Processing Equipment
Textured soya protein(TSP), also as known as textured vegetarian protein(TVP), soybean meat or soya meat, a kind of meat analogue or nutritious meat extender is made through a process known as extrusion cooking with soy flour or defatted soy flour as raw materials. After the soya protein food is extruded from the moulds of extruder plant, the food is sliced into various shapes like granules, flakes, chunks, nuggets, steakettes(schnizel) etc. by revolving knives, and then is dried in a rotary dryer.
Details of soybean processing equipment:
1. Raw materials:
soya flour, defatted soya flour, peanut meal and so on.
2. Flow chart:
Mixer—Screw conveyor—Twin-screw/single-screw extruder—Air conveyor—Dryer—Cooling conveyor
3. Voltage in China:
Three phases:380V/50Hz; Single phase: 220V/50Hz; and also we can make it according to customers’ local voltage according to different countries.
4. Machine’s materials:
All the machines are made by stainless steel and this line is with a reasonable design and with high automation; The screws are made by alloy steel, with building block system structure and self-cleaning function.
