Drum-type Wood Chipper
Introduction:
Drum-type wood chipper for wood species with wide adaptability, can be used in slab, rind,etc. all kinds of wood.The wood pit into by feed inlet,when the wood exposed to cutting blade,with the high-speed rotary cutting knife plate to cut, the wood chippes in cutting chamber flow out by high speed steam flow of fan blade of cutting chamber.
Drum wood chipper is composed of machine body, knife roll, upper and lower feed roller, conveyor, hydraulic system.The body is made of high strength steel plate welding, it is the basis of the whole machine. The knife roller is installed on the 2,3 or 4 fly knife,use special bolts, through pressure,fly knife is fixed on the knife roller. According to the different thickness of raw material,upper and lower feed roller by virtue of hydraulic system up and down in a certain range. Qualified material drop through sieve hole,discharge by the bottom, large pieces of material will be cut within the machine.
