Operation procedure
Multi-functional Machine--Replace platen and sheet
Mug Press Machine--Print directly
step 1
Switch On the machine and number will appear on the control box;
The temperature rises rapidly;
Press (For the first time) to set the highest temperature;
Press (For the second time) to set the heating time for the Highest temperature;
Press (For the third time) to set rise to the highest temperature and complete counting down;
Press (For the fourth time) to finish setup;
Step 2
Wrap the ready-to-use products with conductor, tefalon or paper.
Step 3
To adjust pressure, put the packed products on the platen and lower the handle;
To adjust pressure: a. Press Up & Down key for multifunctional machine;
pull the pressure knob……
step 4
Pull the handle---take out the product
Notice:
1. Drive a clean cup in to avoid the damage of platen;
2. Switch off when discontinuous use;
Step 5
Inspect the finished product----Preparation for uncertain second heat transfer;
Turn back one corner (Inspect whole product in order then glues on again, being sure not shift the blueprint.
