DFWP Series Double (Line) Polishing Roller Mist (Water) Polisher is used the design of two abreast polishing roller.DFWP Series Double (Line) Polishing Roller Mist (Water) Polisher is used the design of two abreast polishing roller. It is well-distributed, work steady, capacity higher. It is adopted dampening with compressed air spraying. The dampening device adopted atomizes water into corpuscular water mist which is uniformly applied on to the surface of the whitened rice, increased shine, less rice broken and lower rice temperature. The water controlling system can take samples of the signal of working electric current and analyze them so as to enable the automatic control of dampening, feed cut-off and dampening stop due to overload, thus resulting in simplified operation, stable working and higher degree of intelligent performance. Motor is put inside the machine body, so it is save space, good appearance, easy operates and repair.
