As well as vibration system (sensor + vibration monitoring instruments, etc.) linear system error and mean sensitivity error.

Such equipment is standard deviation,.Thrust, vibration frequency adjustment range is small.Lack of intelligent data analysis,process and communication functions.

The verification steps is cumbersome and the calibration data is full of human error factor.

we have developed a new generation of intelligent YD-12 vibration calibrator.

The functions of YD-12 vibration calibrator is as following :

(1)It can intelligently drawn, storage, output print the linear characteristic curve and the amplitude-frequency characteristic curve of a variety of vibration velocity and acceleration sensor.

(2)It can record / calculate the characteristic data of the sensor and calculate its’

sensitivity and sensitivity error, nonlinearity with the least squares method .

(2)Display/storage dynamic vibration waveform peak-to-peak, RMS voltage of sensor .

(3)Display / storage the amplitude-frequency characteristics curve of the sensor.

(4)Display / store the sensor’s vibration velocity, acceleration peak to peak, RMS on the position and some frequency conditions. As a standard sample of

speed, acceleration sensor vibration system (sensor + vibration velocity, acceleration Monitor). Set operating frequency (10Hz to 400Hz) on a certain vibration velocity, acceleration amplitude calibrator .
