Drill bits set with octagonal inserts are normally used for very soft and unconsolidated
formations, as well as hole cleaning. With a greater number of cutting edges the octagonal
inserts are more hard wearing and are less prone to chip or shatter.
2.Product Picture:
The following octagonal insert ground at an angle of 15° to form the cutting edges angle,
with a height of 14.5mm is customized to our clients' drawing.
3. Other types available:
We can also make it with a 25° cutting angle, customers' design is welcomed!
