Introduction
Scaffolding is a temporary project which installed, used, and removed by the construction unit in order to meet the needs of the construction. A project needs to build a variety of scaffolds, such as scaffolds for workers operation, the scaffolds for traffic safety, also the scaffolds for formwork templates support and bearing. In a word, the scaffold is an important and indispensable position in the building construction.
Application
Scaffolding is mainly used for the construction workers working up and down. It also can be used as peripheral safety net to enclosure or high altitude installation components, etc. Some scaffold also be used as template in advertising municipal administration, traffic bridge, mine etc.
Installation Requirments
Bowl type steel pipe scaffold column horizontal distance of 1.2 m, the vertical distance according to the scaffolding load can be 1.2 m;1.5 m;1.8 m; Step distance 2.4 m, 1.8 m, 2.4 m. The erection of poling extension should be staggered, the first layer poling application of 1.8 m and 3.0 m long poling stagger arrangement, up 3.0 m long, to the top with a length of 1.8 m and 3.0 m two leveling. Lowe than 30m, the scaffolding verticality deviation should be controlled within 1/200, higher than 30m high scaffolding should be controlled in 1/400 ~ 1/600, total high verticality deviation should be not bigger than 100 mm.
