Function:
With the different specific weight of nylon fiber and rubber powder, the fiber separator Separates nylon fiber mixed in rubber powder. By blowing the air flow in the separating chamber, the nylon fiber float upward and then be collected while the rubber powder stay in the bottom.
By separating the fiber and rubber in tyre recycling, the quality of rubber powder gets improved significantly, while the fiber separated can also be recycled and sold.
