Above 1.0mm; recommend 1.2mm and above, customized available.

Time of sample
10-20days, including makeing mould
Deep precessing ability
Drill holes, stretch bending, milling, welding, fabrication etc.
Ordering process:
1 Samples (0 to 7 days)
2 Drawings confirmed (1 to 3 days)
3 Die/Mould Making (7 to 10 days)
4 Samples and colour confirmed (it won't stop until you confirm it)
5 Mass production (30 to 45 days)
Production process as following:
Casting Workshop
There are currently eight casting furnaces, the daily output can reach 600 tons.
Mould Workshop
We can produce the mould which outside diameter from 160mm to 576mm.
Extrusion Workshop
We have 44 sets of extrusion line which can guarantee yearly 180000 tons extrusion capacity.

Anodizing Workshop

Power Coating Workshop
There are four powder coating lines and two PVDF coating lines. The monthly coating capacity
Is more than 4000 tons aluminum profiles.
We can provide high quality different color coating in basis of USA standard AAMA-605.02.90
