Component
Active mold curing machine for OTR tyres, it is made up of pedestal, lift cylinder, mould clamping cylinder, central organization, curing chamber and down hot plate.
1. By hydraulic brake, locking cylinder to drive the clamp ring for mould locking and opening. Mode-locked accurately and reliably.
2. This machine is equipped with central organization. Adopting the rubber pneumatic bag can obviously improve the quality of tire vulcanization.
3. With the manipulator, easily operating.
4. Separately configuring the electric box control cabinet, adopting PLC control, automatically controlling and recording for the temperature, time and pressure in the process of the vulcanization.
