The following is our solar collectors’ advantages:
1)S-type tube flat plate solar collector,have gotten the line patent in China.no any welding on
the tube,no any leakage.
2) Laser welding between whole absorber panel and copper tube, high strength thicken heavy
duty aluminium frame.
3) The instant heat efficiency of the collector can up to 81.1%,much higher than the 72%
standard,very rare in China.
4)Germany imported high efficient selective blue titanium coating.use best copper tubes in
domestic.
5)Special low-iron tempered glass with transmittance more than 92%.
6) Mechanical load, freeze resistance, rain penetration, exposure, hail impact, external and
internal shock tested etc.
7) Long lifetime, large absorber area,good warm keeping , European,North America special
designed.
Manufacturing technique difference
The following is details of solar water heater system working principle :
1) When the temperature difference between solar collector and tank reaches the set value,
the controller will start the circulation pump automatically,contrarily, In case the when the
temperature difference between solar collectorand tank do reaches the set value, the
circulation pump will be shut automatically.
2) The circulation pump makes heat-conducting liquid circulate automatically .
3) The heat-conducting liquid transfers heat to water by heat exchanger in the water tank
4) our water tank has electrical auxiliary heating system, when the temperature of the water
tank does not reach Tmax, electrical heating system will start to work .

system with enamel inner water tank or stainless steel inner water tank ,Besides , we can also

Quality requirements:
a, after test, appearance have no
deformation, discoloration, stratification of volatile fade, crack and breakage.
b, after test, under the performance of the prescribed temperature,
all the performance parameters of carbide change should comply with the
relevant standards
3) Impact resistance test
Quality standard requirements:
The test result judgment criteria: 1.0 m, no broken, no crack of qualified
4) Rainfull test
5) Visible light through/ reflectivity test
Quality standard:
a,no dark marks in the test products smooth surface which should be clean, no
variegation, bubble, crack,qualitative, defects such as gas line.
b,Light transmittance >= 91% or higher
6) Hardness test
Quality standard requirements:
a,the material is black, the hardness is type A 70 degree +/- 3
b,material surface is smooth and soft elastic.
