JY Series of straightening machine can realized precise straightening and polishing on the after peeling or grinding metal bar surface utilizing the special curves and angles between the top and bottom two rollers. It can be used in black bar material straightening as well.
There are 3 types of structure in straightening machine, two beam four column structure, prestressed structure and frame structure.The straightness can be up to 0.15——0.4mm/m , and the roughness Ra<1μm after straightening.
straightening roller:
For two-rolls straightening machine, the bending moment of raw material is realized by concave roll. Another advantage is that the angle between rolls angle and rod axis is small, whiche is 15°. So the screw pitch of envelop line is shorter, and its straightness accuracy is higher.
Application: It could be used for bright bar , and black bar with suitable bending and surface hardness .Its straightening speed is slower than multi-rolls straightener, but its straightness accuracy is higher ,and its cost is lower.
Straightening machine:
Series JY straightening machine is mainly used forprecision straightening for the metal bar after peelingor granding and pre-straightening for the metal bar.
The machine adopted special curve between upper concave and the lower convex two straightening rolls to realize calendering and straightening at the same time,which greatly improved the working efficiency. Series JY two-rolls Straightening Machine consists of two-beams and four-columns structure,prestressed structure and frame structure.

1,fast feeding and straightening speed,which can reach 10-30m/min.
2,with special carves ,it can straighten and calender materials at the same time.
3,highe precision.straighteness can be 0.15-0.4mm/m,surface roughness Ra≤0.8μm.
The most vital part of a straightener is the two
straightening rollers, which desigined by our qualified engineers.The up roller is concaveand the lower one is convex,which formed a special curve to press strongly onto thematerials to realize straightening,as well as straightening.
Main Machine
The upper and lower body respectively
install a straightening roller,the upper roller is concave ,the lower roller is convex.
According to the diameter and the material properties of the bar,respectively to adjust upper and lower straightening roller angle,electric lift part adjust the gap between the two straightening rolls,start the cooling lubrication system,driven by main motor,to complete calendering and straightening at the same time. Frequency conversion stepless speed,realtime display the gap between upper roll and lower roll.Guide sleeves are installed in the inlet and outlet.Its location can be adjusted,playing guide and support role.During processing,the bar can accurately enter and leace the straightening rolls.
