Q1. What is your patment term?
A1: Usually it would be 30% deposit payment, 70% balance before delivery. We accept T/T, L/C and other payment way.
Q2. Are your company is a trading company or a factory?
A2: We are a 20 years old industrial boiler factory, specializing in OIL and Gas and Coal fired steam boiler. Now we are one of leading industrial boiler manufacturers in China.
Q3: What is the warranty for boilers?
A3: Our company promises all the accessories can be changed for new ones because of quality problems within 3 years,and the boiler host has Lifetime Warranty.
Q4: Can we get installation and commissioning service?
A4: Yes, our engineers are available for your need, but the relative cost needs to be paid.
Q5: What about the delivery?
A5: Usually it will take about 35-45 days for pressured boilers, and 25-30 days for non-pressured boilers. Double confirmation shall be necessary before ordering.
Q6: Where is your company or your factory?
A6: Our factory is located in Taikang County Industry Cluster, Henan Province, China.
