Able to finish mixture, granulation and drying in the same sealed container tanks to rapid & high effective operation, thus preventing powder from fly up, leakage and pollution.
The upper top and lower bottom of the machine are all butterfly seal joints which are beautiful in shape, small in air resistance, clean, easy to be washed, have no dead comer and are in conformity with requirements of GMP
Applications
This drier is applicable for the mixture, granulation and drying of powder materials. It is widely used in the fields of pharmaceuticals, foodstuff, chemical and light industry, and is one of the granulating drier adopted extensively in the world at present.
Working Principle
Feed powdery materials into hopper (sealed container). Suspended powders will be in the state of fluidizing circular flow due to hot air steam, which will facilitate uniform mixture. Meanwhile, spray vaporous adhesive to lubricate/wet powders inside the container, and then powders will condense into small porous granules. Due to high effective drying, continuous water evaporation and continuous powder condensation (repetitive process), perfect, uniform and porous spherical granules will be produced in the container with the three processes of mixture, granulation and drying at a time, namely called “granulation by one step”.
