VIT PU series paint application process and main features:

Process 1: cleaning base material – PU seal primer paint – bottom shading – PU/PE transparent primer paint (2 or 3 times) – color match – PU transparent finish paint 

Process 2: clean base material – PU seal primer paint – PU/PE solid primer (2 or 3 times) – PU solid finish paint

 

 

  

VIT PU  light varnish furniture paint is suitable for standard

decoration. It gives high defination, high harness, smooth hand-feeling and  the color is very bright. It can be used on exterior wood furniture,wooden door and other wooden protection.

Spray: the caliber of the spray gun is 1.5-2.0mm                        

Pressure: 3 bars

Viscosity: ≥ 13 seconds

Once mixed: the paint must be used within 6 hours

Hard dry at least 4 hours
