Wood Crusher-- Charcoal briquette plant:
Wood crusher can process many kinds of wood/branches with size less than 200mm(diameter) and moisture below 30%,It also can be used for crushing tree root, bamboo, straw, couch grass, sorghum straw etc.
The output particle size could reach to 3-5mm after crushed.
Dryer-- Charcoal briquette plant:
Drying machine prepare suitable moisture raw material for biomass briquette press. The proper moisture of raw material should be 8-12%. The choice on dryer model depends on the original moisture content of raw materials.

ZBJ (series) Biomass briquetting is the process of converting substantial biomass wastes(moisture:8-12%, Size:3mm ~ 5mm),such as sawdust, sugar cane, rice straw, rice stalk, bamboo, corn stalk, cotton/bean husk into high density and energy concentrated hollow bio fuel briquettes(half-charcoal stick) under high pressure and temperature.

Pack final biomass briquettes for commercial reselling. They can be wrapped with a layer of plastic film. By thermal shrink wrapping machine, biomass briuqttes can be packed into a bundle.
