This machine is special designed for bags’ manufacture, which is cylindrical bed lockstitch sewing machine for heavy materials. It has stable structure and modern design. Adopting sliding lever thread take-up and vertical rotary to form lockstitch. The arm shaft and hook shaft are driven by sychronized tooth belt; Presser foot,feed dog and needle feed synchronously; lever type needle gagueadjusting mechanism. To match the Cylindrical bed , high presser foot stroke, high presser foot lift space and long stitch length are required. The machine is available to sew heavy duty luggage, suitcase,seat cushion,especially for edge sewing on luggage bags.
