1. Adopts the latest MOSFET, IGBT power units and frequency conversion control techniques with high efficiency, low energy consumption and higher output power.
2. With constant current and constant power control function to greatly optimize the heating process of metals, realize efficient and fast heating, and fully exert the superiority of the products.
3. Power consumption is half of traditional electron tube high frequency induction heating equipments under the same conditions.
4. With 100% load design, can work for continuous 24-hour a day. Infrared temperature detector can be equipped to realize the automatic control of temperature, improve heating quality and simplify manual operation.
5. With heating-insulating cooling three stages function setting, the heating and insulating time required can be get to accommodate to the batch and repeated heating situations.
6. With multiple status display of overflow, over voltage, low water, phase failure and load malfunction, providing higher reliability and sustainability.
7. Select power supply according to the power and frequency. The higher the frequency, the shallower the heating depth, and
the lower the frequency, the better the diathermancy.
It's mainly aims to change the rigidity of the metal materials through the heat treatment to work pieces. Detail applications are stated as follows:
1. Quench for various hardware and tools, such as pliers, wrench, hammer, ax, screwing tools and shear (orchard shear).
2. Quench for various automobile and motorcycle fittings, such as crankshaft, connection rod, pinton pin, chain wheel, aluminum wheel, valve, rock arm shaft, small shaft and fork.
3. Various electric tools, such as axes and gear.
4. Quench for machine tools, such as lache deck and guide rail.
5. Quench for various hardware metal parts and machined parts, such as shaft gear (chain wheel) cam, chuck and clamp. Etc.
6. Quench for hardware molds, such as small size mold, mold accessory and inner hole of mold
Annealing (tempering and modulation)
1. Annealing of various stainless steel products, such as stainless steel basin, annealed and extruded can, annealed folded edge, annealed sink, stainless steel tube, tableware and cup.
2.Annealing of various other metal work pieces, such as golf ball head, cue, brass lock, hardware copper fitting, kitchen knife handle, blade, aluminum pan, aluminum pail, aluminum radiator and various aluminum products
The table below lists the main models recommended maximum melting abilities. About 50 to 60 minutes are needed to finish one melting process at cool status of the furnace, at hot status of the furnace, only 20 to 30 minutes are needed.
