Description
This low-temperature self-regulated heating cable developed by Minco is widely used in residential solar energy,floor heating, fire protection,petroleum,chemical , steel, electricity fileds to keep pipes warm and prevent frostbite. The self-regulated heating cable is suitable for ordinary areas, hazardous areas and corrosive areas,ect.
How It Works

1. Copper-core wire:7×0.32, 7×0.42, 7×0.50, 19×0.32
2. Conductive plastic layer:common PTC, fire-retardant PTC, fluorin-contained PTC
3. Insulation layer:modified polyolefin, fire-retardant polyolefin, fluorin-contained polyolefin,
fluorin material
4. Shielding layer:tinned copper braid,80% covering density
5. Restrictive coating:modified polyolefin, fire-retardant polyolefin, fluorin-contained polyolefin,
fluorin material.

As for shielding or explosive-proof and protective type, test for 1 min between shielding layer and conductive wire core in 2,500VDC when indoor temperature is 20℃, insulation resistance is 1200MΩ at least. |
