1 Products Type and Range
With two hoppers PLD800 concrete batching plant is mainly used as preparation equipment for concrete mixture and supply mixed materials to JS500 mixer.It’s automatically controlled by PLCK batching controller with advantages of high precision of batching,high adaptability, easy operation, ration-adjusted.

3 Structure and Function
PLD800 double-hopper batching plant is consisted of aggregate storage hoppers, belt conveyor,measuring system, weighing hopper, steel framework, electronic control system etc.
Two aggregates hoppers are placed on top of framework, at bottom of which is a belt conveyor supplying aggregates to below weighing hopper .
Under weighing hopper hanging a horizontal belt conveyor hung on lever system in middle of framework by four pull rods measuring cumulatively with sensor .
PLCK batching controller controls measuring of two aggregates automatically. When setup amount is finished, ,aggregates will be conveyed to hopper by belt
conveyor under weighing hoppers .
