1 Introduction of Steel Wire Straightening and Cutting Machine
The steel wire straightening and cutting machine straightens and cuts the reinforcing bar (PC Wire of PC Bar) to a tolerance of ± 1mm per 10m lengths. The machine operates automatically. It employs flywheel and mechanical cutting device and cutting sensors.It can do preparatory work for the wire mesh welding machine.
This machine is important to ensure uniform cut length of PC wires of PC bars, which are used in the pre-stressing process.
2 Features of Steel Wire Straightening and Cutting Machine
2.1 Fast in straightening and cutting: Speed: 110m.
2.2 Accurate measurement:≤±1mm.
2.3 low failure rate: work with high performance for a long time under normal condition after debugging.
2.4 Precise straightening : the straightness of straightening wire is ≤±1mm.
2.5 Arrangement of the wire : Min is 1mm, Max. is 16mm.
3 Machine allocation of Steel Wire Straightening and Cutting Machine
3.1 The straightening part adopts unique technology to solve the problem of wire rotation.So as to guarantee the straightness of finished wire.
3.2 Cutting unit adopts closed type and automatic discharge material. The tolerance of cutting length is ±1mm. it is very smooth for falling of finished wires and adjustment is very easy.
3.3 Pay-off adopts automatic braking. It avoids problem caused by inertia while the machine stops.
3.4 Speed is the most significant character of its machine. It is as high as 110m/min, which is four times faster than normal machines.
3.5 Main frame of the machine is cart iron which is also under heat treatment.
3.6 The weight is 1.2T.Every component has longer useful life.
3.7 There is almost no scathe on wire surface.
3.8 Wire holding part adopts double driving to avoid the possible fault.
3.9 Main components of the machine are all processed on advanced machining center.
