1. Structure: all steel structure. it is made by high quality steel plate welding;
2. Suitable range: the small brickyard or the area which is lack of electric power;
3. Extrusion pressure: 3.0MPa, it can make both solid and hollow brick;
4. Control: adopts pneumatic clutch;
5. Main axle techniques: Quenching, tempering, the suppression experiment, so strengthen main axle's steel and toughness.
6. Rack techniques: whole welding and overall plane processing, these can make better for the machines' concentrically.
7. Techniques of squeeze out cylinder and vacuum chamber: the whole processing, quenching processing, these can increase the toughness and extent complete machine life.
