Q1: Which chip vendors are you buying from?
A1: It depends on the Customer’s requirement. We can purchase from Japan, Korea, Europe, USA. We are using chips mainly from Taiwan.
Q2: How much will the brightness of LED drop down after 1000hrs?
A2: Based on the result of aging test, the brightness decay of green LED is around 5%-8%, while blue is around 10%-14% and red is around 5%-8%
Q3: What is the warranty of the full color LED display?
A3: We provide two years warranty for our products. That means two years of factory labor and components is provided for free, however the customer should pay for the shipping cost for sending broken parts to our factory.
Q4: How to make the installation structure ?
A4: We offer the installation structure design drawings for customers, and the design can well fit your installation conditions. It’s simple and easy to follow the instruction step by step. However, when the sign’s dimension has reached to 50-70m2, we suggest sending an engineer to oversee the project for you. Of course, you have to afford the cost accordingly.
Q5: What kind of tests will you have before delivery ?
A5: Appearance test, Electricity function test, Hi & Low Temperature test, waterproof test, vibration test, aging test ,etc.
