This crusher plastic machines is suitable for crushing film and sheet, this plastic crusher machine is made of strong welding steel, the crushing chamber has two parts with hydraulic device, it is easy to open the cover. The inside blade is made of D2 material, and "V" type construction. The hole size of screen can be designed according to customer's requirement. The bearing is installed outside of the crusher to avoid the dust, it prolong the life of service.
Specifications&Features:
1.We adopts superior highsteel, it is especially durable.quality tool The installation of the blade can be adjusted, and can be sharpened when it's dull, and it can surely prolong the serivce life.
2.The rotary blade stand is a step design to make cutting force resolve and increase the cutting force times.
3.The material of the moving cutting knife stand is T7A high-quality tool steel or SKD-II. Its hardness and softness is reasonable.
4.The main body is Q235A thick-wall, high quality steel to avoid that the machine is used for a long time and affect its mechanical performance.
5.The axle core of the machine is fished process once to ensure concentric circle and verticality error is not larger than 0.05mm. Each part has reference hole. Twice rough fish and fine finishing are carried out. The part has strong changeability and high precision.
