1. rotary dryer application:
It is widely used in building materials, mineral dressing, metallurgy. chemical industry and cement industry, which is widely used to dry the stuff such as limestone, coal powder, slag and clay.
Dry materials with certain humidity and granularity in mineral dressing, metallurgy, cement industry, chemical industry, etc.
2. Main Structure of rotary dryer:
It mainly consists of revolving part, raising stuff plate, driving device, supporting device and seal ring.
3. working principle of rotary dryer
coal dryer is consist of heating device,feeding device ,transport device,discharge device,dust extraction device and other connecting parts . For the installation process , the coal dryer should slopes slightly so that the discharge end is lower than the material feed end in order to convey the material through the coal dryer under gravity . Material to be dried enters the coal dryer , and as the coal dryer rotates, the material is lifted up by a series of internal fins lining the inner wall of the dryer . When the material gets high enough to roll back off the fins, it falls back down to the bottom , passing through the hot gas stream as it falls.
