CD6112/CD6622 Dual EoC Master Unit
CD6112/CD6622 Ethernet over Coax (EoC) Master unit has dual EoC master units based on Intellon 6400 chips, offering 2 TV RF inputs and 2 COM (TV + Ethernet) RF outputs in one aluminum die casting housing. CD6112/CD6622 has physical layer speed 200Mbps and MAC data rate of 100Mbps, working with up to 506 units EoC slave units based on HomePlug AV. With CD6112/CD6622 excellent high-speed Ethernet distribution capability, CATV operators can have more value-added services besides TV RF. Application
EoC system mainly includes one CD6112/CD6622 Master Unit and a few CD5102 Slave Units. Typically, CD6112/CD6622 Master Unit is located together with CATV Optical Node such GWR1000L and CD5102 Slave Unit is installed next to TV set. One CD6112/CD6622 Master unit can linked with up to 506pcs CD5102 Slave units (To have enough bandwidth for each subscriber on line, we recommend that the slave unit number is less than 60). Network Management
CD6112/CD6622 has embedded 32 digit CPU for status monitoring, function setting and online management. All EoC slave units connecting to the CD6112/CD6622 master unit can be managed via layer-2 OAM. It is not necessary to set the IP address of EoC slave units. CD6112/CD6622 supports WEB, CLI(Telnet), SNMP Management
